As some of you know, I'm a sexy beast. Though that might not have anything to do with today's entry, I thought I'd just throw that out there and see how it floats.

Okay then, to the real biz. Things have gotten quite a bit better since my last entry. Work's gotten a bit better, thankfully. One of my manager's realized he was jumping on me for every little thing and decided to step back a bit.

Now as that problem subsided, another one rose Saturday night when I closed. I owe my boss (whom's also a good friend of mine for a few years now) quite a bit of money (look back at the entry concerning Seattle and Sakuracon and you'll see why). So far he's been cool about it and hasn't really cared too much. I've been doing things here and there to help pay. But Saturday night he sorta pushed it on me when I was closing. I don't remember what was said word for word...but we were joking around and some things were said...in a joking manner of course, and he asks me 'is that anyway to treat someone you owe money?' I know he understands that the money biz was nothing I could have controlled, yet he still hung it over my head. I'm still sorta angry about that...but oh well. I'll just have to cutback on everything else and pay him sooner. I just hate it when people act like that. That's one reason I never like to owe anyone money. It reminds me of an episode of Zack and Cody (London's hot...up off it ). London let a friend borrow some money for her parent's anniversary present and during the entire episode, the friend was basically London's slave. Another friend of mind pointed out that I was doing a loooot of work for OMG! Con and that I was my friend's slave. I don't really think so...but I do feel more obligated to get everything done because of this. Luckily, it's not as bad as on the show, but I also don't have a friend that'll be willing to give me 350 bucks with no strings attached.

In other EB news.... The store we work at is in a shitty location...pretty much the poor side of town. We don't really get all the business we need, and hell, you have to drive through our competitions parking lot to even get to us (yayy >_<;. Last night was a business meeting (yay free food) and we were thinking of a looot of ideas to put into place at the store to get more business that will keep coming. We came up with a bunch of great ideas that will help us contact the customers and get to know them better, as well as ones to let the customer know us better. The drawback to this is that one of us has to come up with a system in order to accomplish all this. Like with the OMG! Con stuff, I sorta felt obligated to get this going. Yay for more work. I'm only part-time at EB, but I seriously feel like I'm working full time. I really like the job tho, don't get me wrong. I get to talk about games all day (well...when we have customers >.> and get paid for it.

Now in art.... My art projects are coming along really nicely. I bought a new eraser Friday that's fkin awesome. It's basically an eraser like a pencil's...strong and sturdy, tho it erases like a madman (very thin like too! .7 equiv). And at the other end there is a feather brush for getting rid of the specks that stay around. It's the sex, seriously. Also, I came up with a rough draft of Sould. If anyone's curious on reading what I have, please post and we'll work something out. To better understand the main character, I'm playing her in a D&D game coming up. This will let me get inside her head and have some fun with her. Tho, I'm playing her as a ninja/spellthief. Hopefully, this won't play too much into her overall personality. I'd like to get into an online rp and play her that way, but I don't know anyone that does original rp's.
